  1. 1Prepare couscous according to package directions.
  2. 2Heat olive oil in a saucepan on medium heat. Add shrimp and garlic and cook until tender.
  3. 3Once couscous is done (about 5 minutes) fluff with a fork and put on a platter.
  4. 4Top with garlic shrimp.
  5. 5Sprinkle chopped parsley on top and serve.
