Directions
- 1Prepare couscous according to package directions.
- 2Heat olive oil in a saucepan on medium heat. Add shrimp and garlic and cook until tender.
- 3Once couscous is done (about 5 minutes) fluff with a fork and put on a platter.

- 5Sprinkle chopped parsley on top and serve.
