  1. 1In a large stock pot add the extra virgin olive oil on medium heat.
  2. 2Add onions, garlic and peppers, heat until onions are clearish.
  3. 3Add celery and mushrooms.
  4. 4Add carrots, soup mix (like lipton's brand), chicken stock and spices.
  5. 5Bring to a boil, turn down to simmer.
  6. 6Add cabbage pushing it down into the liquid, then add filtered water until cabbage is covered.
  7. 7Cook for one hour and let cool down before serving.
