  1. 1Cook the pasta according to package instructions and drain.
  2. 2If your seeds aren't toasted, you can toast them in a 350 °F (175 °C) oven for about 6-8 minutes while your pasta cooks.
  3. 3Place the garlic, sugar, rice vinegar, soy sauce and sesame oil in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
  4. 4Stir constantly until the sugar dissolves.
  5. 5Pour the sauce over the boiled and drained pasta, add the sesame seeds and chopped green onions, and mix thoroughly.
