  1. 1Whisk together broth, brown sugar, cornstarch, vinegar, soy sauce, sriracha, honey and oil in a slow cooker. Stir in chicken.
  2. 2Cover and cook on high for 2 1/2 hours, or until juices run clear when chicken is pierced, stirring after 1 1/2 hours.
  3. 3Steam sugar snap peas and carrots over boiling water until tender. Stir vegetable mixture and sesame seeds into slow cooker.
  4. 4Serve over hot cooked rice (if desired).
