Sesame Chicken

Ingredients
- 2 tbsps rice vinegarNutrition
- 1 1/2 tbsps toasted sesame seedsNutrition
- 2 tbsps sriracha hot chili sauceNutrition
- 2 cups sugar snap peasNutrition
- 2 tbsps less sodium soy sauceNutrition
- 2 cups crinkle cut carrotsNutrition
- 1 1/2 lbs boneless skinless Chicken Breast, cut into 1" piecesNutrition
- 2 tsps sesame oilNutrition
- 1 1/4 cups chicken stockNutrition
- 2 tbsps honeyNutrition
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugarNutrition
- 1/4 cup cornstarchNutrition
Directions
- 1Whisk together broth, brown sugar, cornstarch, vinegar, soy sauce, sriracha, honey and oil in a slow cooker. Stir in chicken.
- 2Cover and cook on high for 2 1/2 hours, or until juices run clear when chicken is pierced, stirring after 1 1/2 hours.
- 3Steam sugar snap peas and carrots over boiling water until tender. Stir vegetable mixture and sesame seeds into slow cooker.
- 4Serve over hot cooked rice (if desired).
