Cabbage Sesame Salad with Chicken

Ingredients

  1. 1Whisk 1 tbsp olive oil, 2 tbsps soy sauce, 1 tbsp sesame oil, and 1 tbsp honey into a medium bowl. Add chicken and toss to coat.
  2. 2Chop cabbage into wedges, place on one side of sheet pan with green beans, drizzle with remaining olive oil.
  3. 3On other side of sheet pan, put chicken in single layer. Broil with rack in middle of oven at 325°F for 17-22 minutes.
  4. 4Mix remaining sesame oil, soy sauce, and honey with rice vinegar, garlic, and sriracha, then set aside.
  5. 5Remove sheet pan from oven, let chicken rest for 5-10 minutes.
  6. 6Chop chicken and cabbage, toss with green beans and pour dressing over. Top with chopped cilantro, green onions, and peanuts.
