- 1Mix together the soy sauce, hoisin sauce, garlic, ginger, and pepper.
- 2Pour marinade into a large Ziploc bag.
- 3Place the pork chops into the bag, squeeze out most of the air, seal, and marinate for 12 hours in the refrigerator. Turn the bag over about halfway through.
- 4Broil on high heat on a broiling pan for about 5 minutes per side. Time will be different depending on the thickness of your chops.
