  1. 1Mix together the soy sauce, hoisin sauce, garlic, ginger, and pepper.
  2. 2Pour marinade into a large Ziploc bag.
  3. 3Place the pork chops into the bag, squeeze out most of the air, seal, and marinate for 12 hours in the refrigerator. Turn the bag over about halfway through.
  4. 4Broil on high heat on a broiling pan for about 5 minutes per side. Time will be different depending on the thickness of your chops.
