Creamy Whole Wheat Pasta Salad

Ingredients
- 2 2/3 tbsp ranch dry mixNutrition
- 1/3 cup fat free sour creamNutrition
- 3 1/2 oz turkey pepperoniNutrition
- 14 oz whole wheat rotiniNutrition
- 1 3/4 cup nonfat plain yogurtNutrition
- 1 tbsp celery seedNutrition
- 2 tsps dill weedNutrition
- 2 1/2 tbsps vinegarNutrition
- 2 cups pared, chopped cucumbersNutrition
- 1 large whole tomatoNutrition
- 2 cups broccoli floretsNutrition
Directions
- 1Bring 5 quarts of water to a boil and add pasta.
- 2Cook approximately 12-14 minutes and drain well.
- 3Let cool for several minutes and mix with cut up broccoli, cut up tomato, chopped cucumbers and chopped turkey pepperoni.
- 4While pasta is cooking, mix nonfat plain yogurt and fat free sour cream with ranch garlic season mix, celery seed, dill and vinegar.
- 5Pour mixture over salad and mix well. Serve.
