Ingredients
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flourNutrition
- 1 cup whole grain oatmealNutrition
- 1 large bananaNutrition
- 1/2 cup dried cherriesNutrition
- 1/2 cup natural peanut butterNutrition
- 1/4 cup nonfat powdered milkNutrition
- 2 tsps cinnamonNutrition
- 1 tsp vanillaNutrition
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries (sweetened)Nutrition
- 1/4 tsp baking sodaNutrition
- 1/2 cup honeyNutrition
Directions
- 1Combine banana (mashed), peanut butter, honey and vanilla in a bowl. Mix well.
- 2Combine oats, flour, milk powder, cinnamon and baking soda in another bowl and mix well.
- 3Combine the two mixtures together and fold in the dried fruit. Mix well.
- 4Fill a 1/4 of a measuring cup with the cookie mixture and drop on a parchment lined cookie sheet.
- 5Bake at 350° F (175° C) for approximately 15 minutes.
