Breakfast quiche with veggies and Canadian bacon that are great to have on hand for a quick breakfast.

  1. 1Spray large muffin tin with baking spray like Pam.
  2. 2Put 1/4 of the bread in each of the four cups.
  3. 3Divide the vegetables, cheese and Canadian bacon between cups.
  4. 4Pour eggs over the cup evenly until cups are full.
  5. 5Bake for 40 minutes at 350 °F (175 °C).
  6. 6These can be frozen and reheated. To reheat, microwave on 50% power for 45 seconds.
