Breakfast Quiche Muffins
Breakfast quiche with veggies and Canadian bacon that are great to have on hand for a quick breakfast.

- 1Spray large muffin tin with baking spray like Pam.
- 2Put 1/4 of the bread in each of the four cups.
- 3Divide the vegetables, cheese and Canadian bacon between cups.
- 4Pour eggs over the cup evenly until cups are full.
- 5Bake for 40 minutes at 350 °F (175 °C).
- 6These can be frozen and reheated. To reheat, microwave on 50% power for 45 seconds.
