- 2 tbsps chili powderNutrition
- 1 1/2 tbsps cuminNutrition
- 1 1/2 tsps garlic powderNutrition
- 1 1/2 tsps onion powderNutrition
- 1/2 tsp black pepperNutrition
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepperNutrition
- 4 sprigs corianderNutrition
- 3 cloves garlicNutrition
- 1 large onion, choppedNutrition
- 1 cup chopped green pepperNutrition
- 1 can tomato pasteNutrition
- 1 cup chopped red pepperNutrition
- 12 oz black beansNutrition
- 16 oz kidney beansNutrition
Directions
- 1Cook beef on a medium heat until browned.
- 2Remove from heat.
- 3Boil kidney beans in six cups of water, for two minutes,
- 4Lower heat to medium,
- 5Add in all other ingredients,
- 6Cook for 4 hours on medium heat.
