- 1Put all ingredients into bowl and, using a rubber spatula, mix in cilantro, lime juice, salt and cayenne.
- 2Pre-heat oven 350 °F (175 °C).
- 3In a medium saucepan on medium-high heat , add corn and ingredients from bowl.
- 4Just heat, change to small oven pan, and place in oven for 5 minutes.
- 5Serve with lime zest for garnish.
- 6Enjoy!
