  1. 1Combine all ingredients in slow cooker.
  2. 2Cook on high 3 hours, turn down to low.
  3. 3Cook 6-8 hours or until beans are done.
  4. 4Serve with a dash (or 3!) of hot sauce and enjoy.
  5. 5Note: this keeps and freezes beautifully and is a great go-to lunch to take to work and/or perfect to cook in advance and pull out on nights when you don't feel like making dinner.
