Ingredients
- 1 large eggNutrition
- 1/2 cup unsalted butterNutrition
- 1 cup oatmealNutrition
- 1/4 tsp cinnamonNutrition
- 1/4 tsp nutmegNutrition
- 1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate chipsNutrition
- 1/4 tsp saltNutrition
- 1 tsp vanilla extractNutrition
- 1 cup golden raisinsNutrition
- 1/2 tsp baking powderNutrition
- 1/4 tsp baking sodaNutrition
- 1/2 cup light brown sugarNutrition
- 1/2 cup granulated sugarNutrition
- 1 cup flourNutrition
Directions
- 1Cream together butter, white sugar and brown sugar. Mix in vanilla and egg.
- 2Sift together flour, spices, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- 3Add flour mixture to sugar mixture and beat until combined.
- 4Mix in oatmeal, raisins, and chocolate chips.
- 5Drop by spoonful onto greased cookies sheet.
- 6Bake in preheated oven at 375° F (190° C) for approximately 12 minutes. Transfer to wire rack to cool.
