  1. 1In a 9x13 dish", mix cream of mushroom soup, water, uncooked rice and dry onion soup mix.
  2. 2Clean chicken breast and remove any excess fat.
  3. 3Place chicken on top of rice mixture.
  4. 4Sprinkle tops of chicken with lemon pepper.
  5. 5Cover and bake at 375° F (190° C) for 45 minutes.
