- 1In a 9x13 dish", mix cream of mushroom soup, water, uncooked rice and dry onion soup mix.
- 2Clean chicken breast and remove any excess fat.
- 3Place chicken on top of rice mixture.
- 4Sprinkle tops of chicken with lemon pepper.
- 5Cover and bake at 375° F (190° C) for 45 minutes.
