  1. 1Mix flour with baking powder.
  2. 2Add the Greek yogurt.
  3. 3Mix well and turn onto a floured surface, and knead well.
  4. 4Divide dough into four equal pieces and form each piece into a bagel shape.
  5. 5Place bagels on parchment line baking sheet and add toppings as desired.
  6. 6Bake in a preheated 375°F oven for 20 minutes. Turn the heat up to 400°F and cook 4-6 minutes more.
  7. 7Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before cutting.
