  1. 1Combine garlic, mustard and vinegar with olive oil in a container with a tight fitting lid. Shake to combine all ingredients.
  2. 2Place chicken pieces in a bowl and pour marinade over everything. Cover and chill over night.
  3. 3Pre-heat oven to 350 °F (175 °C).
  4. 4Place chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 45 minutes, turning once.
