- 1 1/2 cups meatless burgerNutrition
- 2/3 second olive oil cooking sprayNutrition
- 2 tbsps chili powderNutrition
- 1 tsp cuminNutrition
- 1 3/4 cups diced tomatoes with green chilisNutrition
- 1 3/4 cups dark red kidney beansNutrition
- 1/4 tsp crushed red pepperNutrition
- 1/2 tsp saltNutrition
- 1 clove garlicNutrition
- 1 medium onionNutrition
- 1 medium green pepperNutrition
- 1 tbsp tomato pasteNutrition
- 1 1/4 cups waterNutrition
Directions
- 1Spray cooking spray, like Pam on skillet.
- 2Cook the onion, green pepper, and garlic until brown.
- 3Add the rest of the ingredients and bring to a boil.
- 4Reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 7 minutes.
