  1. 1Pre-heat oven to 350 °F (175 °C).
  2. 2Whisk half and half, pumpkin, brown sugar, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, vanilla and eggs in large bowl to blend.
  3. 3Fold in bread cubes.
  4. 4Stir in golden raisins.
  5. 5Transfer mixture to 11x7 " glass baking dish.
  6. 6Let stand 15 minutes.
  7. 7Bake until tester inserted in center comes out clean, approximately 40 minutes.
