- 2Whisk half and half, pumpkin, brown sugar, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, vanilla and eggs in large bowl to blend.
- 3Fold in bread cubes.
- 4Stir in golden raisins.
- 5Transfer mixture to 11x7 " glass baking dish.
- 6Let stand 15 minutes.
- 7Bake until tester inserted in center comes out clean, approximately 40 minutes.
