Beef Burgers with Dill Sauce

  1. 1Mix onion, parsley, sea salt and garlic in a bowl.
  2. 2Add meat and mix well. Take mixture and shape into 1 inch thick patties.
  3. 3Grill the patties for ~15 minutes, turning at least once during grilling.
  4. 4To make the sauce, combine in a small bowl the sour cream, mayonnaise, mustard, dill and vinegar and stir in the cucumber.
  5. 5Apply the sauce over the burgers.
