Beef Burgers with Dill Sauce

Ingredients
- 2 oz low fat sour creamNutrition
- 1/4 tsp dill, driedNutrition
- 2 tsps or 1 packet dijon mustardNutrition
- 1/4 tsp sea saltNutrition
- 3/4 tsp balsamic vinegarNutrition
- 2 tbsps mayonnaiseNutrition
- 1 medium cucumber, choppedNutrition
- 5 cloves garlic, mincedNutrition
- 1 cup chopped onionNutrition
- 2 1/2 tbsps fresh parsley, choppedNutrition
- 1 lb lean ground beefNutrition
Directions
- 1Mix onion, parsley, sea salt and garlic in a bowl.
- 2Add meat and mix well. Take mixture and shape into 1 inch thick patties.
- 3Grill the patties for ~15 minutes, turning at least once during grilling.
- 4To make the sauce, combine in a small bowl the sour cream, mayonnaise, mustard, dill and vinegar and stir in the cucumber.
- 5Apply the sauce over the burgers.
