Ingredients
- 1 tbsp clover honeyNutrition
- 1 large eggNutrition
- 1 cup 1% lowfat cottage cheese whippedNutrition
- 1/2 cup natural unsweetened apple sauceNutrition
- 1 cup uncooked oven toasted old fashioned organic oatsNutrition
- 1/2 cup blueberriesNutrition
- 1/2 tsp baking powder (sodium aluminum sulfate, double acting)Nutrition
Directions
- 1Beat all the wet ingredients together, then stir in the baking powder.
- 2Stir in oats.
- 3Place five or six blueberries in each silicone muffin cup.
- 4Top with a heaping tablespoon of oat mixture.
- 5Bake for 20 minutes at 375°F.
