Ingredients
- 1/4 cup whole grain oat flourNutrition
- 30 g gold standard 100% whey - double rich chocolateNutrition
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder (unsweetened)Nutrition
- 2 eggsNutrition
- 64 g monkfruit sweetener with erythritolNutrition
- 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauceNutrition
- 2 tbsps organic creamy peanut butterNutrition
- 1/2 cup pumpkin pureeNutrition
- 1/4 cup sugar free chocolate baking chipsNutrition
Directions
- 1Preheat oven to 350°F. Put mini cupcake liners in a mini cupcake baking pan.
- 2Mix all ingredients together except chocolate chips.
- 3Spoon mixture into liners using a teaspoon.
- 4Sprinkle a few chocolate chips on top and bake for 10-12 minutes.
- 5Let it cool and enjoy.
