  1. 1Pre-heat oven to 350° F (175° C).
  2. 2Grease loaf pan.
  3. 3Mix all ingredients, except for butter.
  4. 4Pour mixture in loaf pan.
  5. 5Bake for 30 minutes.
  6. 6Place 1 stick of butter on top of loaf.
  7. 7Return to oven and bake an additional 25-30 minutes.
  8. 8Remove from oven and let sit for 5 minutes. Sprinkle top of loaf with sea salt (optional). Serve hot.
