  1. 1In a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain.
  2. 2Stir in water, carrots, celery, and soup mix. Bring to boil.
  3. 3Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 8 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
  4. 4Return to boil; add rice, reduce heat, cover and simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir. Cover; let stand 5 minutes or until rice is tender.
