  1. 1Combine ground beef, egg, crushed crackers, onion, your choice of seasoning and mix together.
  2. 2Make eight round balls and flatten to about 1" thick.
  3. 3Roll in flour, and fry in canola oil.
  4. 4Note: If you don't use all the flour, you could use it to make the milk gravy recipe.
