- 1Combine ground beef, egg, crushed crackers, onion, your choice of seasoning and mix together.
- 2Make eight round balls and flatten to about 1" thick.
- 3Roll in flour, and fry in canola oil.
- 4Note: If you don't use all the flour, you could use it to make the milk gravy recipe.
