- 1Divide salmon into 6 equal servings.
- 2Rub vegetable oil on salmon and season with salt and pepper.
- 3Place skin side up in oven safe skilled and brown until golden brown crust forms.
- 4Remove from heat, turn salmon over so skin side is down and smother with combined brown sugar, lemon juice and mustard.
- 5Bake at 400 °F (200 °C) in skillet until salmon is done and glaze has formed a caramelized state.
