  1. 1Divide salmon into 6 equal servings.
  2. 2Rub vegetable oil on salmon and season with salt and pepper.
  3. 3Place skin side up in oven safe skilled and brown until golden brown crust forms.
  4. 4Remove from heat, turn salmon over so skin side is down and smother with combined brown sugar, lemon juice and mustard.
  5. 5Bake at 400 °F (200 °C) in skillet until salmon is done and glaze has formed a caramelized state.
