- 1Chop up jalapenos, onion and zucchini into quarters.
- 2In a pot, add the butter and the ingredients in step one.
- 3Fry together until butter melts and zucchini gets soft on the outside (but not too soft).
- 4Add water, then add garlic powder and salt. Bring to a boil.
- 5Once boiling, blend mixture along with cilantro in a blender.
- 6Blend thoroughly and serve alone or with crackers. Enjoy!
