Mozzarella Chicken Marinara
A delicious Italian chicken dish with a marinara sauce topped with mozzarella cheese.

Directions
- 1Place chicken breast in roaster oven.
- 2Pour tomato sauce and diced tomatoes on top of chicken breasts.
- 3Sprinkle with basil, oregano, salt, pepper and garlic powder.
- 4Cook at 375° F (190° C) for 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes spooning sauce over chicken every 15 minutes.
- 5Place 1 slice of mozzarella cheese on top of each breast, cover to melt cheese.
- 6Serve with rice or pasta and enjoy!
