Mozzarella Chicken Marinara

A delicious Italian chicken dish with a marinara sauce topped with mozzarella cheese.

  1. 1Place chicken breast in roaster oven.
  2. 2Pour tomato sauce and diced tomatoes on top of chicken breasts.
  3. 3Sprinkle with basil, oregano, salt, pepper and garlic powder.
  4. 4Cook at 375° F (190° C) for 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes spooning sauce over chicken every 15 minutes.
  5. 5Place 1 slice of mozzarella cheese on top of each breast, cover to melt cheese.
  6. 6Serve with rice or pasta and enjoy!
