Spicy Spinach & Artichoke Dip

Ingredients
- 20 drops tabascoNutrition
- 6 oz white corn tortilla chipsNutrition
- 8 oz cream cheeseNutrition
- 1 stick butterNutrition
- 8 oz monterey jack cheeseNutrition
- 2 cups artichoke heartsNutrition
- 1 cup parmesan cheeseNutrition
- 1 cup chopped onionNutrition
- 20 oz spinachNutrition
- 1 cup chopped or sliced tomatoNutrition
- 8 oz sour creamNutrition
Directions
- 1Melt butter in a large saucepan or skillet over medium heat. Add onion and cook until soft, about 5 minutes.
- 2Stir in spinach, artichokes, cream cheese, sour cream, 3/4 cup of the monterey jack cheese, 3/4 cup of the parmesan cheese, Tabasco sauce and salt.
- 3Stir until well blended and heated through.
- 4Pour mixture into a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish and top with remaining 1/4 cup monterey jack and 1/4 cup parmesan cheese.
- 5Bake in a 350° F (175° C) oven until cheese starts to brown, about 10 minutes. Garnish with tomatoes.
