- 1Boil the potatoes (peeled and chopped) with the onion (chopped) in water until soft. Mash lightly.
- 2Add chicken broth, milk, salt, pepper and nutmeg. Bring to slow boil.
- 3Add flour (shake in a container with a small amount of water) and simmer until slightly thickened.
