  1. 1In a mixing bowl, mix all dry ingredients.
  2. 2Add warm water and the rest of the wet ingredients. Mix well using a fork.
  3. 3Heat oven to 400 °F (205 °C). Use cooking spray on a cookie sheet and with a spoon, drop dollops of dough on the cookie sheet.
  4. 4Bake for 15-20 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
