Ingredients
- 1/4 cup dried cranberriesNutrition
- 3 tbsps almond sliversNutrition
- 2 tbsp plain green yogurtNutrition
- 3 tbsps light mayonnaise or salad dressingNutrition
- 1/4 lemon yields lemon juiceNutrition
- 1/3 cup chopped red onionNutrition
- 1/4 tsp shredded lemon peelNutrition
- 4 cups chopped broccoliNutrition
- 1/4 tsp fresh grated gingerNutrition
Directions
- 1In a large bowl, stir together mayonnaise, yogurt, lemon peel, lemon juice and ginger.
- 2Add broccoli, red onion and cranberries. Toss to coat.
- 3Cover and chill for 1 to 24 hours. Just before serving, sprinkle with almond slivers.
