Ingredients
- 1/2 cup quick oatsNutrition

- 1 1/2 tsps vanilla extract (imitation, no alcohol)Nutrition

- 2 1/2 cups unbleached all-purpose flourNutrition
Directions
- 1Cream butter with brown and white sugar.
- 2Add vanilla and eggs.
- 3Add dry ingredients and mix.
- 4Fold in the chocolate chips.
- 5Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or freeze in 2-tablespoon dough balls to be baked at a later date.
- 6Bake in the oven at 350°F for 10 minutes if refrigerated, or 15 minutes if frozen.
