Directions
- 1Cook elbow macaroni according to package directions, omitting salt and oil; drain.
- 2Cook beef, onion and sweet red peppers in a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat until beef crumbles and is no longer pink.
- 3Drain well. Pat with paper towels to remove addition fat.
- 4Stir stewed tomatoes, ketchup, cayenne pepper and salt into skillet; cook until thoroughly heated.
- 5Stir in cooked macaroni.
- 6Sprinkle with shredded cheese, and serve immediately.
