  1. 1Preheat oven to 350 °F (175 °C). Brown ground beef then add garlic and onions and cook for about 5 minutes. Drain fat.
  2. 2Over very low heat, add cream cheese, ketchup, mustard and seasoned salt. Stir together. Put in 8x8 pan and top with bacon.
  3. 3In a separate bowl, mix eggs, heavy cream, hot sauce, pepper and pour over mixture in pan.
  4. 4Top with cheese and cook for 30 minutes.
  5. 5Sprinkle dill over the top before serving.
