Ingredients
- 1 tsp seasoned saltNutrition
- 1 tsp Louisiana hot sauceNutrition
- 1/2 medium onionNutrition
- 1/4 cup yellow mustardNutrition
- 2 tbsps no sugar added ketchupNutrition
- 1/4 cup heavy creamNutrition
- 8 oz shredded sharp cheddar cheeseNutrition
- 4 large eggsNutrition
- 1/4 cup cream cheeseNutrition
- 1 tsp dried dillNutrition
- 1 tsp black pepperNutrition
- 1 clove garlicNutrition
- 20 oz ground beef 75/25Nutrition
Directions
- 1Preheat oven to 350 °F (175 °C). Brown ground beef then add garlic and onions and cook for about 5 minutes. Drain fat.
- 2Over very low heat, add cream cheese, ketchup, mustard and seasoned salt. Stir together. Put in 8x8 pan and top with bacon.
- 3In a separate bowl, mix eggs, heavy cream, hot sauce, pepper and pour over mixture in pan.
- 4Top with cheese and cook for 30 minutes.
- 5Sprinkle dill over the top before serving.
