Green Chili Cheeseburger

- 1Heat a grill, stovetop grill pan, or cast-iron skillet. Season with salt and black pepper and form 4 patties.
- 2When the grill is hot, add the burgers. Cook for 4 minutes either side.
- 3Add the chili peppers and Swiss cheese. To thoroughly cook the patty, cook for a further 10 minutes, until it becomes firm.
- 4Remove the burgers and toast the buns on the hot grill.
- 5Dress the bottom of the burger with tomatoes and red onion slices.
