Directions
- 1In a large pot, brown ground meat and onions.
- 2Drain off any fat. Stir in tomatoes and green chilies (like Rotel's) and simmer for 5 minutes.
- 3Add chicken broth to beef mixture.
- 4Bring to a boil and reduce heat to simmer 10-15 minutes.
- 5Add cream and both cheeses. Stir until cheese melts.
- 6Add sour cream and heat through, but do not bring to a boil.
