Directions

  1. 1In a large pot, brown ground meat and onions.
  2. 2Drain off any fat. Stir in tomatoes and green chilies (like Rotel's) and simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. 3Add chicken broth to beef mixture.
  4. 4Bring to a boil and reduce heat to simmer 10-15 minutes.
  5. 5Add cream and both cheeses. Stir until cheese melts.
  6. 6Add sour cream and heat through, but do not bring to a boil.
