Chile Verde con Papas Soup

  1. 1Spray a non stick skillet with Pam and cook pork over medium heat for 1-2 minutes, until browned.
  2. 2Add about a 1/4 cup of chicken broth to the pan to loosen the browned bits in the bottom of the pan.
  3. 3Place pork along with the chicken broth in a slow cooker.
  4. 4Add remaining ingredients, except the corn meal and water. Stir well.
  5. 5Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours. The last 30 minutes of cook time mix together the corn meal and water. Add to slow cooker and stir.
  6. 6Sprinkle cilantro over each serving, if desired. Serve.
