Directions
- 1Boil a quart of water in a pot, add salt. Shred cabbage and add to boiling water.
- 2Cook until tender-soft. Drain in a colander.
- 3Add your favorite pasta sauce. Try different sauces, but tomato-based sauces taste best with cabbage.
- 4Optional: sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
