  1. 1Mix ketchup and diet cola (like diet Coke) in a medium bowl.
  2. 2Arrange 4 chicken breasts in a large skillet, pour ketchup and cola mixture over the top. Ensure that mixture covers chicken on all sides.
  3. 3Turn burner to medium heat and cook for 30 minutes, covered, stirring and scraping occasionally to prevent sticking.
  4. 4Remove lid and cook an additional 10-15 minutes until chicken is done and sauce sticks to chicken.
