Ingredients
- 1 package sugar free chocolate fudge pudding mixNutrition
- 1/4 cup sauce applesauceNutrition
- 3 large egg whitesNutrition
- 1 3/4 cups white flourNutrition
- 1/4 tsp saltNutrition
- 1 can diet colaNutrition
- 1 1/2 tsps vanilla extractNutrition
- 1 cup hot waterNutrition
- 1 1/2 tsps baking powderNutrition
- 1 1/2 tsps baking sodaNutrition
- 1/2 cup cocoa powderNutrition
- 24 grams SplendaNutrition
Directions
- 1Pre-heat oven to 350° F (175° C).
- 2Spray a 9 x 13" cake pan with cooking spray.
- 3Mix all dry ingredients together
- 4In a separate bowl, beat egg whites until frothy and add the remaining ingredients to the eggs except for the 1 cup hot water.
- 5Add the egg mixture to the dry ingredients and mix just until moistened.
- 6Slowly stir in hot water. Do not over mix.
- 7Bake for about 20-25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
- 8Let cool then cut into 15 pieces.
