  1. 1Pre-heat oven to 350 °F (175 °C).
  2. 2Stir eggs with sugar and vanilla. Add applesauce.
  3. 3Sift chocolate (such as Ghirardelli brand) with 2/3 cup whole wheat flour, powder, and salt. Stir into egg mixture.
  4. 4Spread into greased 8x8" pan sprayed with cooking spray like Pam.
  5. 5Bake for 20-30 minutes.
  6. 6Note: add a small amount of chocolate chips if you like.
