- 1Preheat oven to 350 °F (175 °C).
- 2Melt together honey and coconut oil by placing in microwave together for 20 seconds and whisk.
- 3Whisk in cocoa powder and peanut butter until smooth.
- 4Whisk in eggs and baking soda.
- 5Pour into muffin tin, lined or greased.
- 6Bake for 18-22 minutes until done.
- 7Note: butter can be used instead of coconut oil.
