Spicy Egg Sandwich

  1. 1Apply mayonnaise (like Miracle Whip) to one side of each slice of bread.
  2. 2Slice the onion and tomato, and place on one slice of the bread.
  3. 3Sprinkle the shredded cheese of your choice on the other slice of bread.
  4. 4To fry the egg you'll need to bust the yolk and spread it around the pan a little. While egg is frying add the red pepper and garlic powder. When you think the egg is ready flip it over and cook it on the other side.
  5. 5When egg is finished cooking, immediately transfer it to the slice of bread that the cheese was spread on. This will allow the cheese to melt a little.
  6. 6Put the sandwich together and enjoy.
