- 1Toast both halves of English muffin.
- 2Spread a tablespoon of tomato or pizza sauce onto each half of the muffin.
- 3Add oregano, or other spices, to taste.
- 4Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of shredded low fat mozzarella cheese on each half of the English muffin.
- 5Broil for 1-3 minutes, until cheese begins to bubble and turn golden (toaster oven works too).
