  1. 1Preheat oven to 350 °F (175 °C) and mix all the dry ingredients.
  2. 2Mix in almond milk and vanilla extract. If needed, add water as necessary to just barely wet the ingredients.
  3. 3Scoop onto a lightly oiled/greased or nonstick baking pan and press cookies into a uniformed thickness, about 1/3".
  4. 4Bake in center rack for approximately 10-15 minutes depending on how you like your cookies.
