Broccoli Pesto
A yummy "pesto" that's great on its own, on pasta or as a dip.

- 1Defrost broccoli.
- 2Heat olive oil in skillet. Add garlic and cook over medium heat until golden brown.
- 3Add chilies or pepper flakes and broccoli. Sauté for several minutes until broccoli is very soft.
- 4Break up broccoli chunks and add water as needed. Salt to taste.
- 5When done, the pesto should be a rough puree.
- 6Note: this "pesto" is just as yummy as our favorite fatty version, but less calories and more veggie bang for your buck!
