Blueberry Dessert

A great combination of Angel Food cake and cold and hot sauces.

  1. 1To make sour cream sauce; mix sour cream, vanilla, and brown sugar with a fork until well blended.
  2. 2To make blueberry sauce; heat blueberries, sugar, lemon juice and 1/2 cup water in a saucepan.
  3. 3Bring to a boil and cook 2 minutes or longer.
  4. 4Dissolve cornstarch in water and add to blueberries. Cook until sauce thickens.
  5. 5Serve over Angel Food cake.
