- 1Add half of the blueberries, the honey, and the water to a sauce pan and stir.
- 2Cook over medium high heat, while constantly stirring.
- 3When the blueberries have burst and the sauce is a deep purple, add the last half of the blueberries.
- 4Continue stirring the sauce until the blueberries have cooked, just a few more minutes.
- 5Note: great on French toast or pancakes! Can be easily doubled (or more) if cooking for more than one.
