Directions
- 1Chop onion and ham steak, add olive oil to pan, sauté onions for 5 minutes.
- 2Add peas, stock and seasonings to pan. Bring to boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmers stirring occasionally for 30 minutes.
- 3Cook ham steak until brown and cooked through.
- 4When pea mixture is done, add mixture to a blender and add half & half, puree until desired consistency (more half & half can be added to adjust). Empty blender contents back into pan.
- 5Add cooked ham to the mix, and stir in good. Ready to serve.
