An easy to make light soup served cold that's very refreshing and super yummy.

Ingredients
- 1/2 tsp black pepperNutrition
- 1/2 tsp saltNutrition
- 3 tbsps white wine vinegarNutrition
- 2 tbsps extra virgin olive oilNutrition
- 1/3 tbsp worcestershire sauceNutrition
- 1/2 cup chopped celeryNutrition
- 1 clove garlicNutrition
- 1/2 cup chopped onionNutrition
- 1 tbsp parsleyNutrition
- 1/2 cup chopped bell pepperNutrition
- 1 cup chopped or sliced tomatoNutrition
- 2 1/2 cups vegetable juiceNutrition
Directions
- 1Combine the juice, tomatoes, celery, cucumber, pepper, onions, vinegar, oil, garlic, parsley, salt, Worcestershire sauce and black pepper in a large glass or stainless-steel bowl.
- 2Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- 3Serve cold.
